FORMERLY OF SPOKANE
BELIEVE VALLEY HAS GREATER FUTURE THAN WEST - ALL TO LIVE HERE
Senator A. D. Stephens has closed the deal for the sale of 1200 acres of land to three gentlemen from Spokane Falls, who are of the opinion that the Red River Valley offers greater opportunities than the West.
They will move here at once and put practically all the land under cultivationl Many who have left here for the west would return if they were financially able. The tide is turning this way and within a few years the price of Red River Valley land will be far above what it is now.
