SHERRIF DANIELS LEFT WITH MEN

WENT TO DULUTH WITH THE TEN U.S. PRISONERS, AS ORDERED

From Wednesday's Daily-

This morning Sheriff Daniels left for Duluth with the ten prisoners as directed by Judge Page Morris of the federal court. The ten men taken down were those who were arrested for participating in the saloon raid at Mahnomen last week. The civil authorities there are of the opinion that they overstepped their perogative, but there seems to be a difference of opinion in connection with the subject.
