RURAL ROUTE CARRIER IS TRANSFERRED

JAMES TAYLOR LEAVES FOR TEXAS AND L. J. LAKE IS SUBSTITUTE

From Thursday's Daily - James Taylor, who has been mail carrier on Rural route No. 3, out of Crookston, has been transferred to a rural route near Houston, Texas, about 20 miles in length, and has left for that place with his family. The transfer was made for the benefit of the health of Mrs. Taylor. Mr. Taylor was popular with the patrons of his route and the departure of the family is regretted by many friends, who join in wishing that the change may be beneficial to the health of Mrs. Taylor.

L. J. Lake, of this city, is substitute carrier and can be depended upon to keep up the good record made by Mr. Taylor.
