MAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULTS IS CAPTURED

Lindsay Garlock, wanted by the police of St. Cloud for alleged assault upon Miss Lizzie Swintek in that city June 18, is reported to have been captured in Laurel, Montana.

Word was received by Chief of Police Quinlivan from Thomas Purcell, a private detective, that he had apprehended the man. Sheriff Hiff of Sherburne county, has secured requisition papers and will leave at once for the man. A reward of $500 is offered for the arrest of Garlock and Frank C. Sullivan, two of the assailants. The third of the trio, Dan Jernber, is serving a term in the reformatory while Sullivan is still at large.
