Esther Township Cemetery Esther Township, Sec. 3, Polk County, MN |
This cemetery is located in Section 3, just over a mile west of the Kongsvinger Lutheran Church, on the very northern edge of Esther Township.
It had just been sprayed for weeds when I was there in 2003, and it does not look very good. - September 2003 - Ann
In searching for the name of this cemetery I ran across some information on the pioneers buried here, this information is given when possible in parentheses after dates.
Thanks to Mary for helping with the death certificate information.
Note: There is some confusion between this cemetery page and the one labelled "Esther Pioneer Cemetery" in Section 4 (the adjacent section), as both listings have the same burials.
