South of Crookston on County Road 14 two miles, then about one half mile west on a township road near the Burnham Creek
A plat map of this cemetery shows a larger cemetery but the markers of people buried here have since disappeared. In the book Bicentennial History of Polk County, Minnesota by the Polk County Historical Society, 1976 this is written concerning Andover Township "The Hans Hanson family lost three in two months of lung fever and diphtheria. The same year three children of the McMahan family died of diphtheria, and twin daughters of H.C. Scribner died on the same day of the same cause at the age of three." Perhaps some of these are unmarked graves in one of the two cemeteries in Andover Township. The first few photos are Aneka Olson's grave. Aneka's is the fenced-in grave in the photo, the only readable stone found. The third photo was obtained by the Polk County Historical Society and was taken in June of 1984.
